Getting charged even after the subscription is expired and not being able to cancel it (as it is already expired)

Hello, I subscribed for workout app called Daily Burn Workouts, I clicked on yearly subscription and monthly billing option as it was a better option. As time passed I was not really using the app and I wanted to cancel the subscription but I was unable to cancel it because I subscribed for one year. However, my yearly subscription expired on september 23, 2022, and I am still getting charged even after it expired. I contacted customer service of Daily Burn and I was told only way to cancel is from apple subscription. But there is no way to cancel it in apple subscription. Also, I do not have access to daily burn cause my subscription is expired. Please help me with this I do not want to pay for nothing. Below is the screenshot how it looks like.

Apple has a section of their documentation that may apply: "If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here ➔

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.


Also of possible interest: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
