Apple Cash locked forever & no reason.

Hello! So I’ve started using Apple Cash this year since it’s a visa and I’m able to use it at Costco and my bank is Mastercard so I always transfer money back and fourth. Until now I’ve had major issues with Apple Cash when I recently traveled out of town and my Apple Cash got locked and I contacted Apple support multiple times and got 4 different answers on how to get my money back witch none worked and one person even told me it will take up to 3 years til it’s dormant and I can Apple through my state to get it. But I still have no answer on why my account was locked very unprofessional service from the Apple support people not knowing anything about anything and apples hand of locking my account with no explanation. I currently a good chunk of money locked and most likely gone forever.
