Unable to connect Fenix/Garmin Device to MBP Ventura OS

Previously able to connect Fenix watch to MacBook Pro under Monterey MacOS.

Same MBP. Upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1.

Now, Garmin Express not able to find device.

Garmin Express App has full disk access.

No success with Garmin or 3rd party cable (which both worked before).

Garmin Express latest update (7.15.0)

Any suggestions?
