Those together seems and sound bad word, or service, but... The error code ACH 1004 is a Spectrum or Apple code? Suddenly all Networks ((CBS (channel 2), NBC (channel 4), FOX (channel 5), abc (channel 7), etc), all disappear. By experience, if you call Spectrum they will say that it is not their fault, to call Apple; and if you call Apple, you will be probably in the same boat. Any ideas? I found that out by looking for FOX for FIFA World Cup today
Are you sure it’s ACH 1004 and not AFE 1004 which is an internet connection error? Make sure your Spectrum app is up to date. A few months ago the Spectrum app was causing really nasty problems for users all over the country. If you are not having problems with other apps on your Apple TV then your local Spectrum network may be wonky.
You can also try deleting the Spectrum app and then re-downloading and re-installing it. Sometimes that will fix things. As for Spectrum ever admitting they ave an issue, that’s never going to happen. Sorry to say, Apple may be the same. Then one day, out of the blue, everything starts working again and nobody says anything.
