No iPhone has or has ever had a "global warranty". The warranty is ONLY valid in the country where the device was originally sold.
You will have to take it to the country where it was originally sold for service. That is UAE, NOT Iraq.
You did NOT purchase it from an "official Apple Store". You purchased it from a reseller. The fact that they sold you a gray market phone from another country is a strong indicator that they are either NOT actually an authorized retailer for iPhones, or they are simply dishonest.

OK… The warranty is only valid in the country where it was originally sold. Unfortunately, you bought a gray market phone that was originally sold in UAE. You will have to take it to UAE to have it serviced.
Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it for use on other carriers. Apple does not have the legal right to remove the carrier lock. That is “owned” by the carrier.
No not gray market. İ bought from Apple store. Offical store. İ have global öne year waranty. The problem is turkey service dont follow apples rules. And i can not find any connect e-mail global Apple to complain about turkish services.
I bought iphone 14 pro max from iraq erbil iceenter fifteen days ago. I returned to my own country, Turkey. I took it out of the box and installed it. I put a sim car. but it didn't read sim card. I took the phone to the apple authorized service, but they could not solve the problem. and they are trying to give me the newly bought phone in a faulty way.

Service says to me you have waranty 1 year global. İn turkey too. But they can not solve my problem.
