Priority Setting on "Subject:" Line in Mail — How To Kill

This "set priority" drop-down menu has suddenly materialized on the "Subject:" line of my outgoing e-mail. It's a complete nuisance, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Please lend me a workable hatchet. (MacOS Ventura 13.0, Mail 16.0)

Uncheck the Priority Field
