If you have tried everything in the Related Article that got you here including the DFU steps, you will want to contact Apple Support. It would appear there is a low-level corruption or hardware error here.

You did a restore to factory settings using a computer without any errors or similar issues?

What error did you get when you tried updating using a computer?  if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.
