hello. I wanted to know if it is possible to restore photos deleted from icloud without a backup copy, if so, can it be done in the apple store? Or somehow you can restore a backup copy?

They can be recovered from Recently Deleted at iCloud.com or on the device if they were deleted within the last 30 - 40 days. See: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support
