MAIL AP and “ONEDRIVE”

I can’t seem to get access to my OneDrive account while writing an email in “MAIL”. OneDrive is no longer a ”location” for files access. This is a new development since transferring everything from my old iPad to a new one.

What do I need to do?

iPad Pro, 12.9-inch, 6th Gen, Cell mmW

First, ensure that you have installed the Microsoft OneDrive App - and have signed-in to your Microsoft account. The OneDrive App provides the link for the native Files App to access OneDrive:

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/microsoft-onedrive/id477537958

Having installed the OneDrive App - from the native Files App, tap the ellipsis (“…”) button at top-right of the Files sidebar; a menu will appear.

From the menu, select Edit Sidebar. In the locations group, set OneDrive to ON, then tap Done.

You should now see - and be able to access your Microsoft OneDrive storage - from the Files and Mail Apps.
