Please I can't update my iPhone with iOS 10.3.4 to iOS 12.3. I need help

An iPhone 5 is not capable of a higher iOS than 10.3.4. If you want to use a newer operating system, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

Once again, the iPhone 5 is not capable of anything higher than iOS 10.3.4. You have reached the end of the update road.

If you want to run a higher iOS, you will need a new phone.....an iPhone 8 or higher.

So, what's the model of your iPhone? An iPhone with the compatibility of iOS10.3.4, then it will not install iOS16.
