Hey there aleah182,

To clarify, are you wanting to add your phone number as a contact to sync in iCloud? If so, use this article on how to set up and use iCloud Contacts across your devices:

Set up iCloud for Contacts on all your devices - Apple Support

"Set up iCloud for Contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap Show All, then turn on Contacts.
    • iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on Contacts.

3.To view contacts stored in iCloud, open the Contacts app, then do one of the following:

    • If you have more than one source of contacts: Tap Groups. Below iCloud, select All Contacts or another group.
    • If you don’t have multiple contacts sources: All the contacts you see are stored in iCloud."

If you're wanting to add a phone number as a trusted phone number for two-factor authentication, then check out those steps here: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

To see, add, or change your trusted phone numbers:
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Go to Settings > your name > Password & Security. Next to Trusted Phone Number, tap Edit.

If this is not what you're looking for, please elaborate so we can better assist you.
