iCloud video downloading as a strange file name

Hi there,

When I download videos from my iCloud using "unmodified original" selection, they are downloading in a strange file name format and the metadata date is being changed to current from the actual date. The same downloading was not doing this previously.

Could there be MITM interference?

I am using a VPN while downloading.

iCloud has stopped downloading unmodified originals (.mov) files and now only download worse quality .mp4 files I shoot videos in 1080p on my iphone XS and have had no problems downloading the originals from icloud until today. When i click download 'unmodified originals' now on icloud it will only download small worse quality 720 mp4 files instead of the original 1080p, It's very strange because when up to yesterday it would download the same files in their correct 1080p format in .mov form when i clicked 'unmodified originals'. I havent gone near the settings so very puzzled how this could happen. Does anyone have an insight on how to fix this?Thanks. Below shows the button im clicking to download (same as i always have) and also screenshot the actual files 1080p resolution below too for confirmation.

iCloud 4k videos download problems Hello, I have 4k videos in my iCloud and when I downloaded them to my PC, they downloaded as compressed files. I already clicked the 3 dots and downloaded them using the unmodified original option, and every other option available and they're still downloading as compressed files. This never happened to me in the past. I have been logging into my iCloud.com account to download the files. Is this a bug? Hope to hear back, thanks.

Why is an extra copy of the file created when I upload files to Apple Files? Every time I upload files to Apple Files from my iPhone or from my iPad, an extra file associated with my uploaded file is made. Please see attached attachments. Note that the extra file created by uploading from the iPhone does not appear on the iPad, and vice versa. I cannot delete the extra file without the uploaded being deleted or broken as well. This only happens when I upload to my OneDrive (Microsoft) account. But not when I upload to my box.com account. Does anyone understand why? Can I do something about this?
