exposure notifications

i have reviewed other responses and have looked into recommendations mentioned, like location services needing to be on and bluetooth is on as well ... and still the top two lines in the exposure notifications says unable to check possible exposure and exposure logging status says inactive but i have turned everything on that it says to do? what am i missing? please help🙏

As this is a Covid exposure feature from 2020, do you have any Covid apps installed? If not then there will be no notification available.

If you do have a government Covid app installed it needs to comply with the exposure API provided in iPhone.
