Why isn't my Chase Visa a payment method that "can't be used with the iTunes Store"?

Perhaps your Apple ID set-up is 'somehow incorrect' for that payment method(?)

As several countries and some of their details are addressed there, it may be

an idea to research what those mean. And what other payments you might use

in other aspects of online; may be 'Apple Card' or contact-less payments; etc.

Presently, I've not bought anything online directly; & have no 'linked' cards, etc.
