How to retrieve my text messages
I deleted a text message, I need to retrieve it.

If you deleted it when your iPhone was already running iOS 16 or later version, see this support article:--> Delete and recover messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you deleted if BEFORE installing iOS 16 or later, you won't be able to revcover it.
