Hi, I can not see the Homepod Mini anymore. Also not when I do connect it to a Mac Computer over the USB cable. Any idea?

Reboot/power cycle both your router and HomePod. If you still don't see it see the Press the top of HomePod to reset it section of Reset HomePod - Apple Support and follow the steps carefully as given. Note your HomePod should be connected to the original power supply that was provided with it. Connecting it to a Mac via a cable is for troubleshooting only.
