I made my iPhone screen bigger and can't get it to go back to normal size

I made my screen bigger to see some small print. I can't get it to go back to normal size. I tried to shut it off. The screen goes to the correct view but I can't get it to show the slider. I clicked on medical info but it will not let me go back. I have squeezed both side buttons - nothing happens. How do I shut it off? iPhone XR

I made my screen bigger to see some small print.

How did you do that?

Did you turn Zoom ON?

Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.

Then turn Off Zoom - > Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
