Installation issue for unidentified developer apps.

I am having a trouble installing MySQL on MacBook Pro even if I followed the steps provided from apple community.

Whenever I try to install MySQL it first verifies it and then shows this text:"mysql-8.0.31-macos12-arm64.pkg"cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.

After this I opened general pane from system preferences and selected the option:"open anyway" for MySQL app under App Store and identified developer box/option.

Then it showed a text like:"MySQL 8.0.31-community can't be installed on this computer.

I have used every possible way to install MySQL please help if possible.Waiting for an answer.
