- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account

- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."



the solution* to this is to contact Apple Support by clicking here --> Apple Support

Select "Apple ID"

Select "Other Apple ID Topics"

Select "The topic is not listed"


Alternative ways to get support:


Worldwide Support Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Choose your country. Some may have different languages available. If your country is not listed see if there is an "other" option for your region of the world. E.g.,

Other Africa - Official Apple Support

Other Middle East - Official Apple Support
