error code 7005

I bought a new iPhone 12 a couple of weeks ago. It's an expensive paperweight right now. I have spent numerous hours on this and tried to get help from apple support chat, they couldn't figure it out. I set up a phone call with an expert for this morning; they called me twice and hung up. UGHHHHHHHH I need to have my phone fixed.
