iCloud Terms and Conditions are in another language

I have already checked my Region (Canada) and Language (s/b English US). I cannot use my iCloud on my Mac until I accept the Terms and Conditions, which I will not do until I know what it says! Please help!

If the device itself is in English it might be a malfunction with the terms and conditions page you can translate it if you want to read it then accept it there privacy policy is very good usually so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
