iphone 13 pro timer is silent at 2 minute interval

My iphone 13 pro timer will make a loud sound at a short interval (4 seconds) or a long interval (20 minutes) but is silent after a two minute interval. Why? I have the volume at high in Sounds and Haptics, and have Change with Buttons disabled. I have updated with the most recent update. I have turned the phone off for 5 minutes. I have disabled Attention Aware Features in Face ID and Passcodes. Again, it works at 4 seconds or at 20 minutes but not at two minutes. Can anyone help?

OK, I think I have solved it. My screen is/was also set to autolock at 2 minutes, and it seems like that was what confused the timer. I switched autolock to 30 seconds, and it works great at 2 minutes now....Just posting in case anyone else was reading this.
