Not eligible for refund

Hi, I accidentally purchased this one app.

I was using the app and suddenly the subscription popped up. I tried to exit but accidentally click the 1 year subscription and suddenly it scanned my face id and it was charged in my bank account.

It’s not my intention to purchased the app, I don’t really use the app and usually just use the free one.

I’d really want to ask for a refund, it’s a large amount of money and i need to use the money.

Please do let me know how to get my money back.
