Does anyone know why the Lock Screen and Home Screen photo has to be the same photo with the latest update??

It doesn't have to be the same. I have a different photo for Home Screen than Lock Screen.

Go to Settings > Wallpaper and tap "Customize" on the Home Screen to change it.
