iPhone 13 froze and Siri repeats everything.

How do I fix this problem. iPhone 13 is fully charged, but frozen so I can't put in code number to open. Siri repeats everything on the screen. I've tried the 3-step restart many times. Help, please.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Hello Purpleflute,

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have an issue with your iPhone not responding and Siri repeating information. First, let's make sure you walked through the specific steps to force restart your iPhone when it doesn't respond like you describe: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Once you get to where you can navigate through your iPhone Home Screen, let's see if the VoiceOver setting is enabled. Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver. Disable it if you see it turned on. Reply back to let us know how it goes.

Best regards.
