cant download an app because it says not available in U.S store but i have app on my iphone and ipad

trying to download an app on macbook that i have on my iphone and my ipad but when i go to app store it says not available in U.S store

Contact the app vendor for the status of and plans for the app, as they have control over where their apps are available.
