what do i do if it says “Once you listen to music youl be eligible for Replay” when i listen to multiple hours a day

I listen to probably 3 hours of music on a low day all the way up to 10 hours. When i look for my replay it tells me i need to listen to music to generate a replay. I’ve had apple music for years and have done every troubleshoot (sign out, refresh page, close app) and nothing has helped.
