Every app I go to I have to allow access to photos, mic, and calendar. But when I get to setting to allow access there’s no option for for photos or anything. It’s completely gone! I don’t know what to do because it has disappeared, it just randomly started happening today. Is it because I downloaded the new IOS 16.1.1 update today?

This is nothing to do with the iOS 16.1.1
Many users who have updated to iOS 16 and above must have a similar issue if the issues stated by you are due to the iOS.
