Why Apple Watch Ultra Wayfinder Face Long/Lat Bazel doesn't work?

Apple Watch Ultra Wayfinder Face Long/Lat Bezel doesn't work and doesn't even appear also. Always shows updating and doesn't show on the main screen. Need an immediate fix on this bug, where my Watch OS is up to date.

Recently moved from Android to Apple and facing this issue. I used to know from Apple users that Apple gives the best services and after paying a hefty amount I'm not satisfied with this. Please help me with a better solution.
