Apple Watch Wrist Dent

Who has noticed an apple watch dent on your wrist?

So I've had a series 4 cellular apple watch now for 4 years that I basically wear 24/7 unless its charging. I've been testing out a friends Ultra for a day or two. I noticed it's a bit uncomfortable on my wrist. It's not the weight since I've worn big chunky watches for years and they've never bothered me (Note - both Apple watches are considerably lighter). When I took off my series 4 today to put on the the Ultra I've noticed a big dent in my wrist from where the sensor sits (Note - the Ultra's sensor is larger than the series 4 sensor). I do use the elastic adjustable trail loop 90% of the time since when I wear normal strap or metal bracelet bands I'm having to re-input my security code on the watch since it looses contact with my skin on a regular basis. Can't Apple make a flat sensor so it doesn't press into your wrist and dent it like eye glass sometimes do behind your ears?
