I recently set up Screen Time for the first time on my child’s phone. He’s had his Apple ID for years without Screen Time. He now says he doesn’t have access to his Apple ID and passwords. Can you help me understand what is happening? And how can I fix it? I would like to have control over adding apps and making purchases.
