Ex roommate is remotely hacking my iPhone SE..

Hello my iPhone SE has been remotely hacked and has also been jailbroken it says roots_installed I don’t know how to root a phone and also I’m seeing rat retention which is spyware in my analytics and sim info followed by Bluetooth exposures and sim tray events with Id registration completed.. what can I do? I know my phone service has been hijacked because my se iPhone has 2 imei numbers and my data is through the roof.. what should I do? They have hacked into my iCloud as well and will not let me recover the data when I go to data and privacy they have cancelled 16 different request so that I can show the authorities..

Stop digging through the analytics. They are evidence of nothing. You don’t have the tools or knowledge necessary to interpret them.

What actual evidence do you have that you may have been compromised?

The phone itself is definitely not “hacked”. Your icloud account or other accounts may be, but your phone is not.

I’ve done that. It’s doesn’t work she just keeps doing it even if I reset my phone. I’ve got an appointment with apple at noon coming up so I’m sure that they will be able to help me..

Your right it’s probably my iCloud because there is a unauthorized account in it so thanks for the advice!
