If you are having trouble accessing the website iPhone Theft and Loss Claims to put in a claim, you can try to troubleshoot the browser. If you are using Safari on a Mac, see If Safari on Mac isn't opening a web page or working as expected which has these steps:


    1. Reload the page
    2. Check Safari extensions
    3. Check Safari settings
    4. Test with a private window 
    5. Install software updates
    6. Check VPN or other security software
    7. Check network settings
    8. Resolve other issues


If you are using Safari on an iPhone review If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to:


    1. Connect to a different network
    2. Restart your device
    3. Clear website data
    4. Turn on JavaScript



If you are using another web browser, or this doesn't work, you can try:

  • Use Safari or a different browser.
  • Contact the developer of the browser for help.
  • Try accessing the website from another device.
