I have probleme my face id is not working, I did everything, all thoughts about face id , i do reset the phone and still not working I don't expect Senser of face id , because if i use this ( the picture )it’s working good .pls hlp me

If Face ID is not working as expected on your iPhone, ensure you've followed Steps 1-8 from this article that you've already looked over: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro
If you are still unable to use Face ID, follow the last step to have your iPhone inspected for service.

If you still can't enroll your face, contact Apple Support.
