hi I can't see my apple replay but I've done everything right

The Apple Music Replay is near the bottom of the “Listen Now” tab of the app. There should be one for each year, dating back several years if you’ve had Apple Music for that long.

Hello sir, many of us cannot see our replays at all. Not because we cannot find them but because every effort of troubleshooting does not work. Wondering if anyone out there has been able to figure this issue out. It’s something I’ve been struggling with for 3 years now. Apple support was unable to assist when I called.
