How can I leave family sharing if my organizer is lock out of their account? I’m trying to buy something cus I have a 10$ in my apple account and it won’t let me spend it when I try but I’m on screen time so I can’t do anything

You may have to get the organizer involved in this. In theory the solution is to have the organizer regain control of their account so they can then be in charge of what you can do.
In order to provide optimal assistance we would need to know the nature of the "lock" the organizer is encountering. Two likely possibilities are:
If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
- If your account has been disabled for security reasons
- If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store
