Spotify won’t work on my watch

I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my watch to the latest iOS

deleted and reinstalled the app off my phone

updated my phone

Turned my phone and my watch off at the same time

checked WiFi and Bluetooth

spoken to some one from apple support today

and Spotify still won’t open on my watch

it works on my phone but not my watch - it use to up until a week or so ago

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8
