Messenger doesn't support my invoices from Xero

My messenger wont accept Xero invoiceing says not available on this app but I’ve used it for the last 6 months with no issues

How i can get the invoice? I buy a coin in tiktok on amount 109.90MYR. First problem that happen is on my purchase history the purchase is pending because of i buy by using mobile phone method. My mobile phone has reach the limit, so i add new payment method by using debit card. Then automatically the amount of 109.90MYR has been deducted from my debit card but on purchase history still pending. So i decide to check on apple support. What i found is this purchase was successful but there is no invoice like other purchase i do. So how i can get my purchase invoice for amount 109.90MYR?
