App restrictions
I cannot access to apps that are used in Australia. It just say it is not available in your country.

Apps and media are available on a regional basis. You would have to have your Apple account set to Australia to download that app. While you can change the country settings on your account, that is designed for people moving to reside in a different country and it is not easy to casually change them in order to circumvent distribution restrictions.
