iPhone 11 Automatically Restarting

I have the iPhone 11 and with the newest iOS update, it keeps crashing and restarting itself automatically. I’ll be listening to music and then it restarts itself. Or I will be trying to unlock my phone and it’ll happen again. My phone automatically updates itself and my apps. Anyone else having the same issue? What can I do about it?
