On what device exactly?
On iPhones, IPads and iPod touches the iTune Store is built in, but can be deleted.
Look for this icon:
If you deleted the App, you can re-download it form the App Store App: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/itunes-store/id915061235
On computers the iTunes Store is inside the Music app (Macs with macOS Catalina and later) or inside the iTunes application (Windows PCs and Macs running Mojave or earlier).
The Music App cannot be deleted from a Mac.
