How do you turn off focus now there’s no toggle button?

I was trying to figure this out myself and found it confusing. As you mention in your question, there used to be a toggle switch to turn different focus options on and off which is no longer there with recent updates. As I investigated, I kept seeing where you could turn focus on and off from the control center. I mistakenly kept going to the control center in settings and could not find Focus there. As I read more, I realized my error and have the answer to your question:

1. Swipe down from the battery icon on your lock page, any page of the Home screen or any running app.
2. Tap the Focus button (Focus choices will appear)
3. Tap on the specific Focus setting you desire.
