Hi, I was just wondering if anybody is having a problem with your iPhone automatically updating software because mine and my wife’s phone does not do it. We do it manually and we have them turned on automatic on both phones. Is there anything else that we are missing try to get any answers from Verizon is a joke

Thank you so much for the advice I looked and everything was turned on so I turn all three switches on and off real quick and left them on. We’ll see if that makes a difference for the next one thanks again
Yes sir that is correct
I plug my phone in every night before I go to sleep both of us too and we still have to manually add the software in ourselves. Don’t know why are.
