Rear ambient sensor on iphone 14 pro max is not working but front light sensor is working fine. What are possibly solutions??

Rear ambient light sensor not working on my iPhone 14 pro max but front ambient light sensor working fine moreover I tried flashing light on backside of my iphone but brightness not adapting at all, at last is there is any ambient light sensor exist on rear side of iphone 14 pro max as mentioned on Apple website ??, macro video at 4k 60fps not switching to macro mode automatically but at lower fps working fine.

We'd like to help. While the Apple website does mention dual ambient light sensors, there's no indication that one is located on the back of your device.


With that said, try this to see if it helps:


If you think your screen brightness isn't adapting correctly, try to turn off auto-brightness and then turn it back on.
