Possible hacked phone
is there a site I can go to to get my phone scanned to see if it has had skimming software added- think I’ve been hacked on bad website

Your phone is not hacked unless you have physically given the phone to someone for a few hours and also provided them with your Apple ID and Password.
Any sites that may claim to "scan" or "check" your iPhone are scams, trying to trick you into buying useless software. Ignore them.
