Refund to Old PayPal

I was issued a refund for an app subscription that was sent to a PayPal I don’t have access to. Is there any way to get it sent to my new one? The old PayPal can’t accept money either way.

iTunes refund through PayPal About three weeks ago, I mistakenly downloaded an app called FunShot by iTunes that charged me $114. I panicked and made a claim with PayPal which was my default payment method, thinking that they could cancel the transaction immediately. PayPal could not do anything about it so I contacted iTunes, who proceeded to process the refund that until today has not been made effective. When I ask iTunes, they tell me that it is being processed by PayPal, but PayPal says they have no knowledge about this movement. I feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere and that no one is going to answer for my money. Any suggestion? [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]
