My son’s ipad is suddenly gone from my device list. I’ve updated his iPad and my phone to the latest IOS. I’ve restarted both devices and it’s still not on the list. He’s under 13, so can’t “leave” the family group and rejoin. The iPad does show up on the Find My app. Not sure what else to try. Any actual solutions out there?

Is your child still able to access the shared content in your family group? Is it possible that they accepted an invitation to join another group?
