My iPhone 14 pro is constantly lagging with or without wifi to open apps, especially google maps, many other apps won't open. My phone will show full reception and 5G+ and still won't even let a text message go through. I am getting very frustrated and all my apps and software are up to date...

Very frustrated. I'm having these same issues. This started four days ago. The phone will show 4bars and 5G and still won't get messages, load apps, receive calls or emails. I have to be on WiFi for the phone to work consistently. I've tried every quick fix, power down, turn off data and back on, WiFi calling on/off, the phone is up to date, all apps up to date, I've tried refreshing service, restored system and networks. Every service person wants me to go thru all the same steps over and over and no one has a solution.
