Schlage encore plus not found

I cannot add Schlage Encore Plus as a new accessory in my home kit app even though it says it is compatible. HomeKit says it is not found.

Anyone have any similar issues and a solution?

ATV4K HDR Metadata Max CLL/FALL I use the ATV4K 3rd gen as a streaming box. I noticed that some shows look very washed out (Andor on Disney+ is a good example). In troubleshooting I found that when content doesn't define HDR metadata, the ATV4K defaults to outputting HDR metadata of 4000/1000 Max CLL/FALL (definitions below). The problem with this is that 4000/1000 is a ridiculously high value. This causes the display to think that it is dealing with incredibly bright content, and it therefore lowers its brightness output to compensate. Has anybody has found a fix or workaround for this issue? MaxFALL (Maximum Frame Average Light Level) indicates the maximum value of the frame average light level (in cd/m2 or nits) of the entire playback sequence. MaxFALL is calculated by averaging the decoded luminance values of all the pixels within a frame. MaxFALL is usually much lower than MaxCLL. MaxCLL (Maximum Content Light Level) indicates the maximum light level of any single pixel (in cd/m2 or nits) of the entire playback sequence. MaxCLL is usually measured off the final delivered content after mastering. If one uses the full light level of the HDR mastering display and adds a hard clip at its maximum value, MaxCLL would be equal to the peak luminance of the mastering monitor.

Can no longer control Sonos from my MacBook Pro The Sonos app on my MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.0.1) no longer works properly to control my in house Sonos speaker system. After years of controlling from my Macs, I now can't operate the system. The bad performing Sonos app says a software update is needed, but when I attempt that I get many repeats of Error - Try Again Later. After many attempts I went to the tried and true procedure of uninstalling the app, with the intent of re-installing it. Surprise! The App Store no longer carries the Sonos app for Macs. So, I can't re-install the app I just dumped. What's up? Has Apple gotten out ahead of Sonos with its latest macOS update? And so also removed the app from the App Store because it won't work? Or is there some other fix for this that I haven't found yet? (I can easily control my Sonos system as before with all of my iOS devices)

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since you're unable to add this accessory, follow these steps to try and resolve this error:

"Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
Make sure that your accessories support HomeKit, AirPlay 2, or Matter.
To use and manage your home in the Home app on all of your devices, sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID on every device. Then turn on iCloud Keychain and Home in iCloud Settings."

Find these recommendations in the article Add an accessory to the Home app. If you're still unable to add it, we suggest contacting the accessory manufacturer.
