What cards can I use? It won’t take my Go2Bank card where my money is.
I need to know what cards are accepted by iCloud so I can transfer money from the card it refuses and where my money is to one which will work.

It’ll show you what payment methods are available for your region. You might have to contact your bank if the card isn’t working and seemingly should.
I’d also make sure that the card is branded with one of the payment networks like Amex, MasterCard, Discover or Visa. If it’s not, it likely wouldn’t work unless it’s specific to your region and Apple accepts it.
